Saturday marks the official beginning of Shorewood’s Best Seats In the House public-art project, which features 41 creatively decorated benches placed at businesses along Oakland and Capitol and at landmark village locations. The benches were decorated by local artists and students using varied techniques, including painting, mosaic, ironwork and mixed media.
